Meet the Team: Natasha Bailey, Customer Services & Implementation Specialist

But we think it’s important to introduce you to the amazing people that make up that team. So today, we’re going to discover more about Natasha, our Customer Services & Implementation Specialist.

Natasha is a character who is full of life on the team and is happy to help whenever she can, so without further ado, let’s find out more!

What kind of schools do you work with and in which countries?

All of the schools I work with at the moment are from many different regions across many continents, including the UAE, Europe, Asia, and North and South America.

What are the most enjoyable aspects of your job?

I really enjoy helping people and a lot of what I do is to support my clients in reaching their goals, which is why I was drawn to implementation.

Tell us a piece of advice you’d give to teachers about Edmentum International or its solutions.

Edmentum International are able to offer a wide range of solutions that can not only help schools and teachers to achieve their goals, but also provide a productive resource for students to embark on their personalized journey through education, so who wouldn’t want to know more!

Tell us a fact you like to give customers about how they can use Edmentum International’s solutions to their benefit?

The main fact I give my customers is that I am here to help. Educators are able to delve into any Edmentum International solution and navigate their way around, as the resources are designed with the educator in mind first. My support is then personalized and tailored to reflect and encourage success, so the support we provide is one way you can use the solutions to your benefit.

What is your favorite Edmentum International solution and why?

Exact Path. This is because of the personalized and individualized learning that comes with it. With the resource, teachers and students have full visibility of learning paths and are given the right tools to reach their goals.

Where have you traveled or attended events since starting at Edmentum International and what did you learn from it?

My first trip is in March 2019 to Abu Dhabi, UAE. Upon my return I can spill the beans!

Who was your favorite teacher at school and why?

I cannot narrow down my favorite teacher as my educational journey goes from primary school right up to university. They all taught me so much. What I can say is that all my teachers were all a little stern but wildly encouraging – just what I needed!

What was your favorite subject in school and why?

My favorite subject was drama (performing arts) and dance. From a young age, these subjects have been what I enjoyed most. I am still part of the dance school I started with when I was two years old.
