Here at Edmentum International, we’re all about collaborating with customers, which means we have a commitment to providing customers with optimal support. To do this, we have a fantastic team of individuals who provide support to all our schools day in, day out. And it’s for this reason we thought we should start introducing the people who are behind this team.
Last month, we discovered a little more about Gareth, our Senior International Schools Team Manager, but this month, we’re discovering more about Molly, our International Account Manager. So sit back and read some interesting facts about Molly and her time at Edmentum International so far!
What made you want to work for Edmentum International?
I loved the idea of being able to collaborate with schools from different places, cultures and with different needs, and learn more about the international education system.
What kind of schools do you work with and in which countries?
I work with all kinds of schools around the world. The great thing about my role is that I collaborate with schools from different learning environments, who follow different curriculums and have their own diverse needs.
What are the most enjoyable aspects of your job?
Working with a school and learning about their academic aims, and discussing how we can adapt and fit to support these. It’s a great feeling to know that you have been able to successfully support schools and provide tools which are valued in their learning environments.
Tell us a piece of advice you’d give to teachers about Edmentum International or its solutions.
Don’t be afraid to tell us how we can help you. Our tools can be adapted to any learning environment to meet a large range of academic needs. Our solutions are so versatile and can be used in any learning environment. If there is a specific need which your school requires support with, let us know and we will adapt our solutions to fit.
Tell us a fact you like to give customers about how they can use Edmentum International’s solutions to their benefit?
All our resources have tools to support English Language Learners (ELL), which is a growing need internationally. We have done some extensive research in how to best support ELL students. Our tools support all four learning modalities by incorporating listening, speaking, reading, and writing support into lessons and activities, whilst our actionable data visualizations highlight strengths and areas where additional support is needed, making differentiation even easier.
What is your favorite Edmentum International solution and why?
I think Exact Path is probably my favorite solution because of how fantastic and valuable a tool it can be.
I absolutely love how efficiently and simply our diagnostic assessment highlights strengths and areas which require support and how this data can be utilized by educators. At Edmentum International, we pride ourselves in putting educators first and Exact Path is a great example of how we are committed to designing programs that will make your lives easier.
Where have you traveled or attended events since starting at Edmentum International and what did you learn from it?
Since I have become a part of the team, I have been lucky enough to visit areas in the Middle East and Europe.
I recently returned from an amazing trip to Vienna where I attended the IB Global Conference, which was fantastic! Hopefully my travels will allow me to attend more visits and schools around the world to support them further.
Who was your favorite teacher at school and why?
Mr Mutch, my Year 5 teacher. I think I was his favorite and he gave me the lead role in our class assembly that year.
What was your favorite subject in school and why?
I studied Philosophy of Religion when I was working towards my A levels, which I found fascinating. The subject was introduced to our school the year I entered sixth form, and I learnt about other religions and cultures, as well as found out about the origin of different beliefs, which was just amazing.

On my way to work I… sing as loud as I can to my Spotify playlist.
My home from home is… Llanberis, a small town at the foot of Mount Snowdon in Wales.
The best piece of advice I’ve ever had is… ‘simply be happy’.
I am never without… I’m ashamed to say my mobile phone. It has my great music playlist on, photos of my friends and family, and it’s where I browse for clothes to buy online!
